The Headstart ABI Services website provides information for all people those who are interested in our services and our organisation. This statement applies to the www.headstart-abi.com.au website. We need to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information through the use of our site. In using the site you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What is collected

If you are browsing the website no information that identifies you personally is collected. However non identifying statistical information may be collected such as your IP address (internet Protocol), domain name, browser version, pages accessed and downloaded, details of time and dates of contact, time spent reviewing those pages and other statistics. Our site may contain links to other sites and HS is not responsible for their privacy practices. We strongly recommend that you read their privacy policy.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse this information. Google Analytics assist us understand website traffic and webpage usage. The website of Headstart ABI Services may also collect personal information that you provide for a specific purpose (ie referral, service questions, job request etc) and may include name, address phone numbers, email addresses and credit card details for donations etc. Donations you make are secured through the My Cause link on our website. Headstart ABI Services may use your personal information in the following ways:

• Undertake marketing or send promotional materials

• Process your online donations

• Following up any enquiries you have made through the website

• For improvement and enhancing the site

Headstart will not release or use any personal/sensitive information for direct marketing purposes. We may use personal information for internal statistical research purposes if it has been de-identified and cannot be associated with a particular individual. We may use identifiable information for internal promotion or external marketing purposes if the person has signed a consent form that specifies what information will be used and for what purpose. eg photographs, videos, articles about the person. Correction of Personal information Headstart provides access to and will make corrections to your personal information at your request unless we have a legal right to refuse to amend that information or if the law says we must not do this.

Making a Complaint or Opting Out of Future Communications

If we become aware or suspect that there has been a breach of our privacy responsibilities to keep your information secure, we will investigate the matter as required under our Data Breach Response Plan. If we determine that the breach might cause serious harm to anyone whose personal information is involved we will let them know so they can take action to protect themselves.
